Social media was absolutely pivotal to my shop’s success—not just as a sales tool, but as a way to build real community around the brand. I created and executed every aspect of our digital presence: styling and shooting all photography, editing visuals, writing every caption, and managing ongoing engagement with a loyal and growing audience. From product drops to behind-the-scenes moments, each post was crafted to reflect the brand’s voice and values. Nine Streets: Let’s Eat

Like many people, I turned to the kitchen for comfort and creativity during the covid lockdown, and I started sharing some of the dishes I was making—along with the stories and memories they stirred—with my social media audience. It wasn’t part of a sales or marketing strategy, just a way to stay connected. To my surprise, these posts became a welcome bridge, sparking thoughtful conversations and genuine engagement that helped me—and, I hope, some of my customers—feel a little less isolated.
