Currier Museum of Art

Social media played a key role in expanding the Currier Museum of Art’s reach—not just by promoting exhibitions and events, but by building meaningful engagement with our audiences. I created and managed content across platforms, selecting visuals, writing copy, and developing a consistent tone that reflected the museum’s mission while remaining accessible and inviting. From highlighting objects in the collection to promoting family programs and community events, each post was crafted with clarity and purpose.

Currier Museum: Shop

I also launched separate social media accounts for the museum shop, using social media to tie merchandise to exhibitions, events, and holidays. I styled and photographed products, wrote and scheduled posts, and aligned content with development and marketing goals. Whether spotlighting handmade goods from local artists or promoting the opening of new exhibitions, I used the shop to connect visitors with our broader mission—and turn shopping interest into museum support. All photos are my own.

Currier Museum: Jewelry

Jewelry became a natural focal point for the museum shop’s social media presence—offering a perfect intersection of craftsmanship and style. I featured handmade pieces by local and regional artists, using photography and captioning to spotlight the materials, techniques, and inspiration behind each design. These posts not only supported sales but helped elevate jewelry as an extension of the museum’s commitment to artistry and individual expression. Through consistent messaging, I positioned the shop’s jewelry collection as both wearable art and a meaningful connection to the Currier’s mission. All photos are my own.
